MASTAC began six years ago with a group of passionate safety practitioners who shared one goal — to create safer, smarter, and more compliant workplaces across Malaysia. Coming from diverse industrial backgrounds, we witnessed firsthand the challenges companies faced in meeting safety standards, managing risks, and ensuring workforce readiness.

As practitioners on the ground, we realized there was a significant gap in the industry — while safety regulations existed, many organizations struggled with the practical implementation of those standards. There was a clear need for a training and consultancy body that not only understood the rules, but also the realities of daily operations.

Driven by this realization, MASTAC was founded to bridge that gap — offering hands-on safety training, compliance advisory, and technical consultancy that align with both regulatory requirements and real-world conditions.
