Maha Asia Safety Training & Consultancy ("MASTAC") is an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider. This disclaimer explains what "HRD Corp claimable" means and clarifies our role.
HRD Corp Claimable Programmes
Statements that a programme is "HRD Corp claimable" mean the programme may be claimable under the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) scheme, subject to approval.
Whether a claim can be made depends on, among other things:
- the employer's registration and levy status with HRD Corp;
- a valid grant application being submitted to and approved by HRD Corp;
- HRD Corp's prevailing rules, conditions and approval at the time of the application.
No Guarantee of Approval
MASTAC does not guarantee that any HRD Corp claim will be approved. The submission of a grant application and obtaining approval are the responsibility of the employer, and approval is at the sole discretion of HRD Corp.
Delivery of Programmes
Programmes are conducted under Maha Asia Safety Training & Consultancy (Reg. No. 202503341412). Some programmes are delivered directly by MASTAC, and others are delivered through approved / qualified training partners where applicable.
Competency Certification
Certain competency certifications — for example those associated with DOSH, DOE, BOMBA or other authorities — are issued by the relevant regulatory bodies, not by MASTAC. Awareness-level programmes are not a substitute for competency-based certification, and this is stated on the relevant programme pages.
Accuracy of Information
We take care to describe our programmes accurately. However, scheme rules and requirements may change, and you should confirm current HRD Corp requirements with HRD Corp or with us before making a claim.
