Overview
An evacuation plan is only effective if everyone knows what to do and can act calmly under pressure. This programme helps organisations plan, conduct and evaluate fire drills and evacuations. Participants learn to run realistic drills, guide people to safety, manage assembly points and headcounts, and use each drill to improve the emergency plan.
