Overview
Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems capture airborne contaminants at the source before workers can breathe them in — but an LEV system only protects people if it is used and maintained correctly. This awareness programme helps employees and supervisors understand how LEV works, recognise signs of poor performance, and use these systems properly to control exposure to dusts, fumes, vapours and mists.
