Overview
Mental health and psychosocial risks are now recognised as core workplace safety and health issues. This awareness programme helps managers and employees understand psychosocial hazards — such as excessive workload, poor support and workplace conflict — and how to recognise, reduce and respond to them, building a healthier and more supportive workplace.
