Overview
Food handlers are the front line of food safety. This awareness programme is designed specifically for people who handle food as part of their work, reinforcing safe handling, personal hygiene, and the everyday practices that keep food safe from receiving to serving. It complements the food safety training many food handlers are required to complete.
